IMPROVED VODKA SODA

1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Chareau

Soda

Pour Vodka and Chareau over ice. Top with Soda and garnish with your choice of citrus and herbs.

CALIFORNIA GIN & TONIC

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Chareau

Tonic Water

Pour Gin and Chareau over ice. Top with tonic and your choice of fresh herbs, citrus, and fruit.

(Thyme, Lemon Blossoms, and Juniper Berries shown)

FROSE´

 

EASTSIDE

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 oz Chareau

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with Fresh Mint.

MARY ASTOR

2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Chareau

1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

Stir ingredients over ice. Strain into coupe and garnish with edible flowers.

CALIFORNIA 75

1 oz Chareau

1 oz St. George Terroir Gin

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

5 oz California Sparkling Wine

Shake Chareau, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into Collins glass over ice. Top with California sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh rosemary. 

EDIE PARKER

1 1/4 oz Chareau

3/4 oz Pisco

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/4 oz Fernet Branca

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

2 Slices Cucumber

Press 2 slices of cucumber in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into coupe.

FIFTH DEGREE

1 1/2 oz Gin 

1 oz Chareau

2 Dashes Absinthe

Stir over ice, strain, and pour. Garnish with Cucumber slice.

OJAI 2 oz Chareau 1 oz Old Tom Gin 2 Dashes Maraschino 1 Dash Miracle Mile Celery Bitters Stir Ingredients over ice. Strain into coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

CHAREAU & SODA

2 oz Chareau

Soda

Pour Chareau over Ice and top with your choice of all-natural flavored soda. Garnish with citrus.

THE JOSHUA TREE

1 oz Chareau

1 oz Tequila

1 oz Aperol

 

Stir over ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with Lemon twist.

SPA COLLINS

1 1/2 oz Vodka

1 oz Chareau

1 ozFresh Lemon Juice

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Soda

Shake Vodka, Chareau, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Top with soda and garnish withfresh Cucumber.

ALOE MARTINI

2 1/4 oz Vodka

3/4 oz Chareau

 

Stir over ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with Lemon Twist.

OAXACAN WHISTLE

1 1/2 oz Mezcal

1 oz Chareau

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Agave Nectar

Dash of Habanero Bitters

Salt

Shake Mezcal, Chareau,lime, pineapple, and agave nectar with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with a salt rim on the glass.

GREEN IS THE NEW BLACK 2 oz Chareau 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1/4 oz Light Agave Syrup 4-5 Sprigs of Fresh Arugula   Muddle the Arugula with the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain and Pour into a coupe.

2 oz Chareau

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/4 oz Light Agave Syrup

4-5 Sprigs of Fresh Arugula

 

Muddle the Arugula with the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain and Pour into a coupe. 

 

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 oz  Chareau

1 oz Watermelon

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Shake Gin, Chareau, Watermelon, Lime juice and Simple Syrup with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with Fresh Rosemary. 

 

 

2 oz Chareau

1/2 oz Zubrowka Vodka

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3 oz Cucumber Soda

Shake Chareau, Vodka, Lime and Simple syrup with ice and strain into ice filled mason jar. Top with Cucumber Soda and  garnish with Fresh Mint.

 

(To make the Cucumber Soda) Cut up slices of cucumber and put into bottle of Soda water. Let sit for a few hours.

1 oz Lime

3/4 oz Chareau

1/2 oz Raw Agave Nectar

1 1/2oz Soda Water

Float Dry French Sparkling Rose

Edible Flower Ice Cubes

 

Shake Gin, Chareau, Lime, and Agave with ice. Strain and pour over Edible Flower ice cubes in Collins glass. Add Soda Water and stir. Top with Rose.
